Refund Policy - the basics

At Be Cozy Massage, we value your time and our therapists’ time. Please review our refund policy below:

• All services are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

• Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled or credited for future use.

• Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction after the service has been completed. However, please let us know during your session so we may adjust pressure or technique to ensure your comfort.
